Game freezes in mid-play |

1.67 GHz. PowerPC G4 Power Book running OS X version 10.4.11 (and 1.5 GB RAM) has frozen in mid play on several occasions. No other apps running. Full screen mode, 1024 x 768 x 32, anti-aliasing: normal 2x2 and power is on the lowest setting.
Anyone else encounter this "bug"? |

I tried this on my old G4 (2GHz, 1.5 GB RAM, OS 10.4.11) and it freezes the whole computer in mid-game play just like on my laptop. Reboot needed to break the freeze.

I'm not sure - very hard to know what is going wrong when a game works fine for a long time then stops. If I come up with a fix sometime I'll post here, but I've no help at the moment I'm afraid. |
