Ball textures not being created on Intel Mac |

When running Cheveree on my Intel Mac (MacBook Pro 15" 2.4GHz), all the balls appear as solid black circles; I never get a message saying the ball textures are being created on the first (or any) run. Running the same program on one of the iMac G4 systems at my workplace works perfectly. I tried running under Rosetta on my Intel Mac, but that didn't help at all.
I've tried in full screen mode under various resolutions, and in windowed mode, with anti-aliasing at both 0x and 4x.
Any suggestions? |

Not sure why this is happening - try deleting the game's data folder - this is located in the following folder:
/users/(yourname)/Library/Preferences/Cheveree
After you delete the directory, try running the game again.
Does this also happen with my other game "Balls!" ? The ball creation procedure is the same for both games. |

I have the same problem on my new Macbook Pro too. All of the balls are black. Kind of hard to play :-)
I downnloaded and tried Balls, and the balls all look great. It seems to just a problem with the Cheveree game.
By the way, I love your 3D Solitaire game. I bought it a while back and am now addicted! Thanks for a great game.
Please look into the ball issue with Intel Macs on Cheveree, as I'm sure I'd want the game if it worked. Thanks. |

Will look into this problem shortly and post here when I find out what the problem is. |
