| Cannot move stacks of cards in FreeCell |

| So far I have only played freecell and after I have made several moves it will not move cards from one stack to another (yes, I am sure it is a legal move). For instance right now I am trying to move black 5,red 4, black 3 onto a red 6, and it will not drop on the 6. Any ideas? |

There is a rule in FreeCell (see the game help) where you are only allowed to move the cards in a group if there is enough free cells or spaces to move them where you wish one by one. Moving them as a group is only a short way of moving them one by one. Eg. to move two cards, you move the bottom one to a free cell or space, then move the top of the two cards to the new pile, then move the card from the free cell or space to the new pile - to move three cards in a group you need at least two free cells or spaces |
