I have not updated my older 1.7 version, given that the dealer do not go around the table when passing cards at every new rounds. Does someone know, if this has been fixed in the most recent version, as I am waiting for the fix before updating my old version.

There's a passing option in the new version in the game's rules section if that's what you mean where you can set up the passing as left, right, or alternating as you see fit.

The issue is that when left is picked, it keeps passing the cards to the first player on the left. The same is also true on the right. Ir does not go the full circle, it remains stock on the same player on every deal. Thanks.

That's what the passing rules "Left" and "Right" mean - if you select left you always pass to the player on your left throughout the game. It sounds like you want to use the "Alternative" passing system.
