"Unable to load user"

Hi,

I've just updated to the latest ipad version and get the error message "Unable to load user". Can I get back in or do I need to set up a new user? Hope I haven't lost my stats :(

When loading the old user, after you get the cannot load message, try the "Reset User" option - you may be able to preserve your old stats, but your preferences will be lost for sure.

There were too many internal changes in version 4 to be able to convert the user files over from earlier versions.

Where is the "reset user" option, please? I can't see it.

It should appear after you press "Load User" and try to load the old user file - you will get the message "Unable to load player" and be prompted with three options: "Reset", "Delete" or "Cancel".

If you can't reset the user, the easiest thing to do is to delete your user and re-create it again.

You will lose all customizations and local scores (not online scores), but hopefully it won't take long for you to set things up again as you like and get some new scores recorded.
