I just installed the current version (paid) on an old XP machine that had been running this program, prior to replacing the hard drive. Now, trying to open the program returns the following messages " switching to software renderer and no hardware renderer found", then "error creating the direct 3D device", then "could not re-create graphics device and/or objects", all of which means absolutely nothing to me. What now?
If you cannot any program on Windows 10, just uninstall or remove the program from your system and then reinstall it on your system. It will be the best solution to fix the issue, otherwise, visit HP Australia Support, for more solution to get a program run on your system.
Did you set a restore point after you finished updating the drives and MS? You could try to roll back. However, if you decide to give it back as a defective drive be sure you delete all your personal information 1st. To get the solution of windows detected a hard disk problem. Anyone tell me the solution of it how be resolve it.
