I got a couple of emails from Fastsprings.com this Friday with two postings of the Hearts renewal subscription fee. I don't recall authorizing any auto-renewal but I could have forgot. In any case, those charges are shown as pending on my credit card record. However, I can't play Hearts because it still says my subscription needs to be renewed. When I attempt to renew from the application I am given an option for a 3 month free subscription when choosing either Renew or Manage. The email receipts I received contained in the Fastsprings emails were broken (https://grassgames.onfastspring.com/account) . How do I contact Fastsprings about this double posting as well?

I'm switching away from Fastspring now due to problems with them, so hence the free subscriptions for the time being.

Go here for Fastspring support - they should be able to check and cancel any orders for you.
