I updated my subscription a few days ago but the game is still saying it's expired. I have the same email associated with the game and account on grass games. I don't know what could be the issue?

Never got the email. Still saying my subscription is expired in the game but when I check subscription status on grassgames.com, it says Active Subscription

Check your spam and junk folders for the email.

Anyway I more or less said the same - your sub shows up as active in the system. You sure you are logging in as the correct user? Let me know the exact steps and I'll try to reproduce the problem on my end.
