Banned for Quiting

I have been banned for 1 day because "I quit the game". I was playing a game of hearts when suddenly my computer went out. The electricity in my neighborhood was compromised and the electricity was out for about 90 minutes. You can check my history and see that I don't quit games and if fact I had a very good chance of winning the game when the electricity went out. I know there is nothing I can do about the ban however it seems like points were also taken away. Because this was not anything in my control and not purposely done, please give back the points that were taken away. I can also send you the story in the newspaper as proof of the outage if you don't believe me.
