Hi Aidan

Relative to my current inquiry/postings in the Grassgames/Forums/Solitaire 3D/Mac osx/*, and your reply.

I found that trying to check back which of my emails you may have used, apart from the one used recently when purchasing the current version, was rather unsatisfactory.

As I was unable to find any dialogue option within the forum profile options, I suggest that you check and update or modify the presented options.

It may also be the case that I inadvertently provided an incorrect email address in that purchase.

This is friendly advice, given by a long time user.

You can check your email address used in the forums - if you click your name in the top right, you can see the email address in profile -> edit profile -> edit account settings. However this is just for the forum, not for customer orders.

There's no way to search all customer orders for an email address. Check your emails or contact support is the way (as you have done already).

Thanks for the information, I checked and my email address registered there is correct.
Therefore, I must accept that if you replied to the email address registered with the purchase, then I supplied the incorrect email address at that time.
Otherwise if you replied to the profile registered address, then I must have inadvertently deleted it.
Either way, your reply is not available to take any suggested action.
Will await further info, before making a repurchase then requesting a refund.
