This is probably because you have already registered before.
Select "Sign In" instead of
"Create Account".

USERNAME ALREADY IN USE

This is due to one of two things.
1) You have already registered.
Select "Sign In" instead of
"Create Account".
2) Someone else has already registered using that username.
There is nothing you can do in this case apart from select a new username.
Usernames are unique in network games - first come, first served.
