Cannot open Asteroids 3D |

I am running OS X.2.8 and after downloading Asteroids, where it sits on my computer-s desktop, and after decompressing automatically, I double-click on the game-s icon but it does not open the game. It basically does nothing. |

You-ll need to run the game from terminal to get some idea what is going wrong.
To do this, do the following :
In Finder, open Applications and then Utilites, and select Terminal.
In the Terminal window type "cd" and then a space, but don-t press return.
Now drag the game icon from your desktop into the Terminal window.
In Terminal press return, then enter "cd Contents", then "cd MacOS".
Next enter "ls" . Terminal should display "3D Asteroids".
Enter "./3D Asteroids" exactly with the quotes (") also.
This should normally start the game, but in your case will hopefully give you some idea what is going wrong.

It says I have to complete basic flight traning. It let me click on the oyher items to complete flight traning.
