sudden completion of game
by Liz Williams     [ 23 February 2009 - 5:03 am ]
Every now and then the game stops with a game over on the screen despite there being no apparent cause. The next game sometimes has a spinning ball in the waiting box. Why?

I've no idea - sounds strange. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
by Michael    [ 27 March 2009 - 4:33 am ]
Yes I have the same symptom, game ends for no reason.also I need instructions to play the puzzle games.I can not figure them out
by Aidan    [ 27 March 2009 - 4:40 am ]
If you see a line of balls in the bottom left of the screen, then these are the list of balls that are available to you to complete the puzzle. If you do not complete the puzzle before the list runs out, the game is over.

I need to make this clear in the next version.

I am having same problem. The game suddenly completes for no apparent reason. Everything then freezes and I have to unplug my computer to get it back again.

For the sudden freezing problem, can people please reply to say what system they are experiencing these problems - ie. Mac, Windows XP, Vista ...

I have an i Mac (3 years old).

My game suddenly ends, but does not freeze the computer - I am mac.

you should not have to shut off your computer have you tried the escape button, also are you pc or mac?

When it freezes up on you, have you tried to press command/Q or the ESC button both several times?

I've got the same problem as Donna. The screen suddenly freezes and I even can't open the task manager. So I've either to switch off the computer or simply to unplug it. I've got a Windows XP computer.

I found the solution!
Just start the game "windowed". I did this 2 days ago and since that time the game worked perfectly.

Janine must be on a PC or is "windowed: another game? I have a Mac. Still no solutions for me.

"Windowed" means starting the game in windowed mode (with title bar, close buttons etc.) as opposed to full-screen mode. This option is selected in the startup game window.
