Using Table Tennis Pro V 2.32 / iMac G4, OSX 10.4.8
Is there a possibility to use “Table Tennis Pro V 2.32” with a Wacom and a Pen
instead of a mouse.

Check the Options - Controls menu and see if you're watcom pen device shows up there - if so you should be able to set it up and use it ok |

No problem I played with the wacom today. You do need to set your wacom to mouse mode (Control panel, Tablet Options). It's might difficult to press the buttons on the pen while playing... |
