Online game problem |

Hi,
I've problem with online game (internet because on my network anything is ok) : game open (game setup screen) but stop on error message "waiting for opponent bat texture".
Please help. Thanks. |

The "waiting for opponent bat texture" shows up while the game is waiting to get a small picture file that represents the opponents bat.
This is usually completed quickly enough, but if your network connection or your opponents network connection is very slow, it may take a lot of time.
Both parties need to have a DSL connection to play the game over the internet really - a dialup connection is too slow.
You can also check the log file (Start - Programs - Table Tennis Pro - Log File) to get more details about what messages are being sent and received over the network. |

My network (internet) is not slow, I'm using ADSL 6M and my opponent too ! And there's no traffic ... and for only some textures, it should not be hard.
I would try log file later but I'm sure it's game problem. All other "classic" online games are ok. |

Hard to know what's going wrong - really I need at least one logfile, but two would be better (one from you and one from your opponent), to try and figure out what the problem is. |
