Installing on Machine with multi-user accounts
by David Aimone     [ 20 July 2006 - 6:47 pm ]
I was able to install the prior version of TTP pro on my Intel iMac and use it successfully with more than one logon account. I just upgraded to the latest version 2.3.1 and my primary account (the administrator account that downloaded and installed it) works ok (I had to delete my old users and create new ones). My son's logon account won't run the program. It starts up partially, then quits and the Apple Report screen comes up. Any idea what's going on?
BTW, the game is great and looking forward to trying the network play. We don't have room for a real table, but I used to play a LOT!

I've found the problem - I'll fix it up for the next release.

A simple work-around for now is just to copy the game file to your son's machine - put it on his Desktop or local Applications folder (/Uses/name/Applications) - and get him to run the game from there.

OK, thanks! I'll try the workaround.
