This is a great game but apparently plagued with bugs. I bought the Deluxe Version 1 for pc a number of years ago. Unfortunately I had numerous system crashes and gave up.
Now, I just bought a Mac Mini and hoped for smooth sailing. First off, my Version 1 deluxe payment doesn't translate to Version 2. Disappointed!! Second up, buying the pc deluxe version doesn't allow you to play the deluxe Mac version. Very disappointed!!
To make matters even worse, although my "Mighty Mouse" controls the free game menus, it won't work at all playing against opponents. Yes, I tried reset. Yes, I created a new player. Yes, I tediously tried all the mouse settings under "control."
When this game worked, it was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Its the only game other than Microsoft Flight Sim/x-Plane that I ever enjoyed. I commend the genius who wrote the code. I am pissed as hell however that I see essentially the same game that I bought years ago but must pay a SECOND time for the deluxe version for Mac. Why??? |

Because a new version is badly needed.
Sorry its taking so long. Its in progress but I cannot give an expected date at the moment.
I'll try to fix up the mouse issues and other points you mentioned, and also one purchase will be enough to get both the PC and Mac versions when the new release is ready. |

Thanks for the quick reply. I look forward to again playing this wonderful game, but this time on a stable mac computer. |
